Saldatura Tig & Mig
La saldatura quale processo speciale, eseguita secondo procedure prestabilite garantisce una continuità quasi totale delle caratteristiche meccanico fisiche nel materiale delle parti unite. Il controllo completo sul processo di saldatura, dalle caratteristiche chimiche del materiale al controllo radiografico finale, consente di azzerare completamente l’errore umano, nonostante sia l’uomo stesso la chiave di questo processo. Addetti qualificati per la saldatura TIG secondo le norme AWS D 17.1:2010, UNI EN 9606-1:2013 ASME-IX ed il coordinatore di saldatura WELDING INSPECTOR level-2 (CSWIP 3.1 liv. 2 del TWI) in accordo alla norma BS EN ISO 17637:2011 garantiscono l’attuazione del protocollo rispettoso delle normative vigenti.

Controlli Radiografici
Lo scopo dei controlli radiografici è quello di emettere un giudizio di accettazione/rifiuto di un materiale o di un componente a totale garanzia e funzionalità per le quali l’oggetto stesso è stato costruito. La parte finale del processo di saldatura è una delle più importanti: il controllo radiografico è interno e certificato grazie alla presenza in azienda di addetti qualificati secondo EN 4179/NAS 410 UNI EN ISO 9712:201 a garanzia di un costante controllo dei processi di produzione ed al miglioramento degli stessi. I controlli sono realizzabili anche su particolari dimensioni fino a 1mt x 2 mt.
